This 3-acre site in the heart of Nakusp is being re-envisioned . A key industrial hub since 1954, the shops still house experts and artisans. Re-visioned in 2020, rezoned, permitted, with Phase Subdivision in 2024, we will develop new single-family housing surrounding the shops, to create attainable home ownership.
